Xtend Solarmi NLQ4-125/2P







Automatic network transfer switch with 2P passive power contacts for switching between two power sources depending on the presence of mains voltage.


The device contains control contacts for automatic control according to the availability of mains voltage and power contacts for switching loads up to 20 A at 230 V. The switch can be used to connect backup energy sources such as photovoltaic power plants, battery UPS systems or generators. Alternatively, it is used to automatically switch on various appliances according to the availability of energy from solar panels.


For correct automatic function , control voltage is required on both inputs A and B. Control input A determines the priority source, support input B provides energy for switching in case of main source failure. If voltage is unavailable on input B, the device can be controlled manually using a slide switch.









  • Automatic switching between two power sources with a switching time of less than 30 ms
  • Power contacts 2P (2× changeover contact) for rated current 20 A at 230 V
  • Control input A and auxiliary input B for control voltage 230 V at a frequency of 50–60 Hz
  • Manual control via slide switch when control voltage is unavailable
  • Insulation voltage 690 V AC for safe separation of control and power circuits
  • Universal use for switching AC and DC voltages 12–24 V independent of the control voltage
  • Compact dimensions of 107 × 96 × 76 mm for easy installation in distribution boards







Network switch function
It allows switching between the public grid and a backup energy source (photovoltaic power plant, battery UPS, generator). The connection can also be done inversely - connect the public grid to input A and the backup energy source to input B.


Controlling appliances based on energy availability
Automatically turns on selected appliances when electricity is available at input A. Suitable for heating storage tanks, boilers, charging electric cars or controlling pumps based on excess energy from photovoltaics.


Galvanic isolation of control circuits
One non-galvanically isolated network can be used to control inputs A + B, which allows input A to be controlled by an external device (e.g. a PV power plant battery monitor) while simultaneously powering contacts B from the same network.
