Payment methods
You choose the payment method when ordering in the shopping cart. We currently offer payment by bank transfer or card payment online. Payment on delivery (cash on delivery) is not possible.
Bank transfer
Payment by bank transfer usually takes 1 working day, depending on the time the payment is sent. As soon as we receive payment from you, we will inform you and ship the goods immediately. Payment can be made in CZK, EUR and PLN.

Cash on delivery (payment on delivery)
Cash on delivery is currently not possible.
Card payment online
When paying by card online, you will be automatically redirected to the secure payment gateway of Global Payments s.r.o., which mediates payments for us in CZK, EUR and PLN. After entering your card details and confirming the payment, the order is paid.
Shipping Methods
You choose the shipping method directly in the ordering process.
All currently available transport services are always offered during the ordering process, where the customer can choose the most suitable option according to price, delivery speed and destination.
⚠️ Important note:
Free shipping is provided exclusively for orders with a value of more than 50,000 Kwithout VAT, unless otherwise specified by the specific carrier.
In the event that the standard shipping price is high for the customer from their point of view, the customer can provide their own UPS or DHL carrier account number. In this case, the shipment is sent at the customer's expense, according to the contractual terms and conditions between the customer and the selected carrier.
Individual transport
Based on the specific requirements of the customer, we can also individually arrange and price other types of transport, in particular:
- air freight
- Express shipping
- non-standard or combined transport
- transport to specific or less accessible locations
The price and type of transport are determined individually according to the place of delivery, weight, dimensions of the shipment and the desired delivery date.
