Payment and shipping
Payment methods
You choose the payment method when ordering in the cart. You can choose whether it will be by bank transfer or in person by card/cash.
Bank transfer
A slightly lengthier journey. The transfer usually takes 1 business day – depending on when you send the amount. As soon as we receive payment from you, we will inform you and send the goods immediately. You can pay with us in CZK, EUR and PLN.

Cash on delivery (Payment upon receipt by card or cash)
At the moment, it is not possible to buy cash on delivery goods from us.
Payment card online
When paying by card online, you will be automatically redirected to the payment gateway of Global Payments s.r.o., which mediates payments for us in CZK, EUR and PLN. You only enter your card details (number, date until which it is valid, authorization code and possibly your name) and confirm the payment. That pays for everything.
Shipping methods
You choose the shipping method when ordering. You can choose whether you want to use the services of PPL, Zásilkovna, UPS, or whether you want to pick up the goods in person at the place of establishment.

PPL
- Shipping is completely FREE for orders over 10.000 CZK / 412 EUR / 1.753 PLN without VAT.
- If the order is less than 10.000 CZK / 412 EUR / 1.753 PLN / without VAT, the shipping costs are 99 CZK / 3,93 EUR / 16,57 PLN without VAT for shipments up to 5 Kg. Shipments over 5 Kg are priced individually.
- Payment by bank transfer can be used.
- Delivery to any address in the Czech Republic, Poland and other countries of the European Union
- After handing over the PPL parcel, you will receive an email and SMS with information about the movement of the package.
- You can track the movement of your package on www.ppl.cz

WHOOPS
- Shipping is completely FREE for orders over 1500 CZK / 59,59 EUR / 251,09 PLN without VAT.
- If the order is less than 1500 CZK / 59,59 EUR / 251,09 PLN / without VAT, the shipping costs 99 CZK / 3,93 EUR / 16,57 PLN without VAT for shipments up to 5 Kg. Shipments over 5 Kg are priced individually.
- Payment by bank transfer can be used.
- The day before, you will receive an e-mail and SMS with the delivery time. If you don't like it, you can change it by phone or e-mail.

Zásilkovna
- Shipping is completely FREE for orders over 1500 CZK / 59,59 EUR / 251,09 PLN without VAT.
- If the order is less than 1500 CZK / 59,59 EUR / 251,09 PLN / without VAT, the shipping costs 99 CZK / 3,93 EUR / 16,57 PLN without VAT for shipments up to 5 Kg. Shipments over 5 Kg are priced individually.
- Payment by bank transfer can be used.
- You can choose from more than 3000 pick-up points throughout the Czech Republic.
- As soon as we hand over the package to Zásilkovna, you will receive an email with an online tracking number.
- To pick up your order, all you need is the password you will receive in the SMS.
