Victron MultiPlus 24 V/1200 VA Multiplus is a powerful DC-AC hybrid inverter/charger with pure sine wave output, with integrated adaptive battery charger and ultra-fast power source transfer switch (battery - external AC source). Programmable relay The Multiplus is equipped with a programmable relay, which is set as an alarm by default. "Search" supervision mode When "Search" mode is switched on, the inverter's no-load power consumption is reduced by approx. 70%. In this mode, the Multiplus switches off in the event of zero or very low load. It then switches on for a short period every two seconds. If the output current exceeds the set level, the inverter switches on automatically and continues to operate. Four-stage charging with adaptive charger and two battery charging outputs The main output provides powerful battery charging via the "adaptive charging" system. The software controls the three-stage automatic charging process to suit the battery condition and adds a fourth charging stage - trickle charging. In addition, the Multi can charge a second battery using an independent charging output, e.g. for generator starter batteries. PowerControl - Solution for limited power from a generator or external source The digital control panel of the MultiPlus units allows you to set the maximum current of the generator or external source. The Multi then takes other AC consumers into account and uses all excess to charge and thus prevent overloading the generator or external power source. PowerAssist - Shore Power or Generator Boost This PowerControl feature allows the MultiPlus Compact units to supplement the power of an alternative source (shore power or generator) from the battery. Where peak power is only required for a limited period of time, this feature can be used to reduce the size of the generator required or conversely, this feature allows for short-term high power from the normally current-limited shore connection.
