The biggest advantage of communication via optical cable is resistance to electromagnetic interference and high-quality high-speed data transmission over longer distances than wired connections. The wavelength for signal reception (Tx) and transmission (Rx) is 850 nm. The module is designed for LC/UPC connectors.
