TINYCONTROL PWM converter 0-100% to 0-10V for SSR relay control

The LC-LM358-PWM2V module is a specialized converter designed for Arduino and similar platforms that allows the conversion of a digital PWM (pulse-width modulation) signal to an analog voltage in the range of 0–10 V DC . This solution is ideal for controlling SSR relays, servo motors, dimmers and other devices requiring analog input.

The module has an adjustable PWM input level range using a precision trimmer, which allows fine tuning of the conversion characteristic. Thanks to the flexible supply voltage of 12–30 V and the possibility of selecting the PWM signal input voltage using a jumper, the device is universally usable in various applications.

Input voltage configuration
The module allows the input voltage of the PWM signal to be set via a jumper to two modes: Position A for low-voltage systems (4-5 V to 10 V) and Position B for high-voltage systems (12 V to 24 V). This flexibility ensures compatibility with a wide range of control systems.

Description of connection pins
The module includes six clearly labeled pins for easy connection: VCC (supply voltage 12-30 V), GND (supply ground), PWM (input PWM signal positive), GND (input PWM signal ground), VOUT (output analog voltage 0-10 V) and GND (output ground).

Application options
The converter is ideal for controlling solid-state relays (SSR), analog actuators, proportional valves, LED lighting dimmers and other devices requiring an analog voltage input of 0–10 V.
