Professional three-stage voltage and frequency network protection for photovoltaic power plants.

The UF300 device is a specialized protection that ensures the safe connection of photovoltaic power plants to the distribution grid. It primarily serves a dual purpose - it protects the distribution grid from the undesirable effects of small sources and at the same time protects these sources from the negative effects of network disturbances.

The protection continuously monitors the voltage and frequency of the grid and disconnects the PV plant from the grid via a contactor when the set limits are exceeded. Two sets of limits with individual tripping times can be set for both monitored variables, which allows flexible configuration according to the specific needs of the installation. Parameter settings are conveniently performed using a PC via the USB interface (cable not included).

Advanced monitoring features

The supplied PC application allows you to monitor the current values of measured quantities and the status of the device in real time. The application also allows you to read the history of the device's behavior, which contains up to 480 records, providing a comprehensive overview of the operation of the photovoltaic power plant.

Easy installation and operation

The device is designed for easy mounting on a standard DIN rail with dimensions of 106 × 90 × 58 mm. The current protection status is clearly indicated by two LEDs, which provide basic information about the operating status without the need to connect a PC.

The UF300 has a robust design with IP20 protection and meets the third impulse overvoltage class according to IEC 664-I, ensuring reliable operation even in demanding conditions. With a low power consumption of only 3 W, it represents an energy-efficient solution for continuous monitoring of photovoltaic systems.
