N-Type TOPCon technology
This is a type of solar cell with passive contacts on the back and N-type material. N-type material is silicon doped with phosphorus, which has an excess of electrons.
TOPCon N-Type photovoltaic cells have several advantages over classic PERC photovoltaic cells:
- Higher conversion efficiency and rated power. The efficiency of N-Type TOPCon photovoltaic cells can reach more than 23%, while the efficiency of PERC cells is around 20%.
- Zero risk of light-induced degradation (LID) or elevated temperature (LeTID), increasing module reliability and lifespan.
- Lower temperature coefficient, which means less drop in performance when temperature increases.
- Bifacial capability, meaning they can generate electricity from both sides of the module.
These panels have 144 cells (6 × 24) assembled in two fields in a solid aluminum frame. It is equipped with special mechanically resistant tempered glass (3.2 mm) with high light transmission ability.
The waterproof output has integrated bypass diodes for reverse current protection and is highly resistant to extreme weather conditions such as high and low temperatures, frost, heavy rain or wind.
The panel also includes connection boxes with cables and MC4 connectors.
We usually have the panels in stock in Prague with fast delivery within the Czech Republic and Slovakia within two days. Due to the dimensions of the panel, only the entire pallet, i.e. 31 pieces, can be sent by shipping services. Smaller quantities can be collected by your own transport/in person.
