This island power supply is designed for 24 V or 802.3af/at 48 V PoE systems , such as powering outdoor elements such as IP cameras, LTE/Wi-Fi connections, etc. The box is equipped with PG11 glands.
The box can be supplemented with solar panels or a source powered by a street lamp. Consult us for a suitable source and solar panels.
The main advantage of this fitted box is the use of traction gel batteries of the OTL series and an industrial injector for power supply via Ethernet cable . This is a sealed lead-acid battery in VRLA design. It is a design in which the internal pressure is regulated using valves (VRLA - valve regulated lead acid = valve-controlled lead-acid batteries). GEL technology means that the battery does not contain electrolyte in a liquid state . The electrolyte is solidified in a hybrid gel (combination with AGM), and is thus firmly bound in the bowels of the battery cells, which eliminates its leakage . The extra strong cell grid ensures high cyclic resistance of the battery.
The EPsolar solar controller used also guarantees long service life in various weather conditions.
The total battery capacity used is 480 Wh, which is sufficient to power a device with a power consumption of 20 W for 20 hours.
