Xtend Solarmi GridFree 3000M
Xtend Solarmi GridFree 3000M is a single-phase solar power plant (set) with a 3kW grid-tie inverter and eight PV panels. This is a set of basic components and accessories for creating a solar power plant with a 1-phase connection . The power of the solar power plant allows covering the consumption of electricity without heating from spring to autumn, when the system is connected to the grid only in exceptional cases of higher power demand.

Grid-tie inverter with integrated limiter to prevent overflows into the public grid. Thanks to the integrated MPPT controller, the inverter converts the maximum energy produced by the photovoltaic panels to 230 V (AC) .
A grid-tie inverter with a limiter is an affordable solution for photovoltaic power plants that does not require batteries. In addition, it can limit its own power according to current consumption, thus completely preventing overflows into the public grid.
In addition to the classic terminals for connecting solar panels and an output for connecting to the grid, the inverter also has a current probe connector for the internal limiter and the option of connecting a Modbus electricity meter SDM230M, which can limit power in the event of a longer distance between the home distribution box and the inverter.
The inverter operates within the input voltage range according to the specific model (info in the datasheet). The output from the inverter is then AC 230 V , which is connected between the main circuit breaker with the electricity meter and the circuit breakers of the individual circuits. The inverter will therefore transfer the power from the panels to the home distribution. Your appliances will then consume energy produced primarily from your power plant. If the power of your power plant is not sufficient at a given moment, the connected public network will cover the shortfall. By installing a current probe to the limiter , you will protect your system against unwanted overflows in the event that your power plant is capable of producing more energy than your appliances require.
The inverter does not operate in island mode, i.e. it requires a connection to the public distribution network for its function. As soon as a power failure occurs, the inverter switches off immediately.
The inverters are certified for sale and use in the EU. They meet the criteria of EMC, LVD and RoHS certifications. The inverters meet the EN50549-1 standard for the possibility of connection to the distribution network or drawing subsidies.
