Solar PWM controller (12/24 V, charging current 30 A) with integrated LCD and USB. It is suitable for small panels up to 360 Wp (720 Wp for 24 V). Its design is designed for small island solar systems. The advantage is a very simple and easy installation and reliable operation.
- For charging a 12 V battery, a 36-cell solar panel(s) is recommended (max. current 30 A)
- For charging a 24 V battery, a 72-cell solar panel(s) or two 36-cell panels connected in series (max. current 30 A) are recommended.
- With a 12 V battery, a maximum panel/yo power of up to 360 Wp can be connected
- With a 24 V battery, a maximum panel/yo of power up to 720 Wp can be connected
- Built-in clear LCD display for status monitoring and parameter settings
Power supply for DC appliances
Excessive battery discharge can be prevented by connecting all DC loads to the DC output of the controller (terminal on the right). The DC output disconnects the load when the battery is discharged to a preset voltage. It automatically reconnects the load as soon as the battery is at least partially charged. The connection and disconnection voltages are adjustable. Do not connect a voltage converter to the DC output - connect it directly to the battery.
Programmable battery charging algorithm
Pre-programmed algorithms for AGM, GEL, flooded or LiFePO4 lead batteries (only batteries with internal BMS).
2x USB outputs 5 V
You can easily use the USB output, for example, to charge your mobile phone, etc. Maximum current 2 A (both outputs combined).
Easy installation:
1. Connect the battery - plus and minus.
2. Connect the solar array - plus and minus.
3. Connect the load - plus and minus.
When uninstalling, the reverse order applies.
Failure to follow this sequence may damage the BlueSolar PWM charge controller!
A) Before first installation, make sure the battery is charged.
B) The cable to the battery should be as short as possible to minimize losses.
C) The regulator is only suitable for lead and LiFePO4 batteries.
D) The charge controller is only suitable for regulating solar panels. Never connect any other charging source to the solar controller.
