Gigabit managed switch operating at OSI layer 3. It has PoE injectors according to IEEE 802.3bt, is equipped with advanced features for use in wide area networks and backbone connections. Static routing, powerful QoS traffic management tools and security allow ISPs and network administrators to control and effectively manage network data.
Intelligent switches for industrial Ethernet are designed for harsh operating conditions with wide operating temperature ranges, unstable power supply, and frequent shocks. It is equipped with a redundancy method using the Spanning Tree protocol (whose recovery time is in the order of seconds and fractions of seconds). L3 routing is supported for up to 128 rules and 128 VLAN interfaces.
IGS series switches enable the deployment of well-known Ethernet technology in industrial environments. They are also suitable for installations in outdoor cabinets with large fluctuations in operating temperatures (typically wireless and MAN ISP applications).
