Victron Sun Inverter 12/250-15
The solar inverter combines a sine wave inverter and a PWM solar charger in one device, is easy to install and requires minimal wiring. It will allow you to power your home appliances requiring 230 V AC using ordinary household or car 12V batteries. The solar charger will charge the batteries with the energy obtained from your solar panels. The charging algorithm is programmable . The inverter and solar charger parameters can be viewed via Bluetooth using the VictronConnect app . In addition, the inverter can be connected to a GX or GlobalLink 520 device for system monitoring via the VE.Direct port.
Proven reliability
The full bridge and toroidal transformer topology has proven its reliability over many years. The inverters are short-circuit proof and protected against overheating, whether due to overload or high ambient temperature.
High starting power
Needed to start loads such as inverters for LED bulbs, halogen bulbs or power tools.
ECO mode
In ECO mode, the inverter switches to standby mode when the load falls below a preset value (min. load: 15 W). Once the inverter is in standby mode, it switches on for a short time (adjustable, default: every 2.5 seconds). If the load exceeds the preset level, the inverter remains on.
PWM solar charger
The solar charger charges the batteries with energy obtained from solar panels. The charging algorithm is programmable.
Remote power on/off
The Phoenix Inverter Control VE.Direct Remote (not included) can be used to remotely turn the inverter on and off. Alternatively, the remote switch can be connected to the two-pole connector or between the positive battery and the left contact of the two-pole connector.

Bluetooth
Inverter and solar charger parameters can be read, monitored and configured via Bluetooth in the VictronConnect app.
VE.Direct communication port
The VE.Direct port can be used to connect to a GX device, GlobalLink 520 for monitoring via the VRM portal or to connect to a computer for monitoring or configuration using the VictronConnect app.

Transferring the load to another AC source: automatic transfer switch/b>
The Filax automatic transfer switch is recommended for Victron low power inverters. Filax features a very short transfer time (less than 20 milliseconds) so computers and other electronic devices can continue to operate without interruption.
DC and PV connections with screw terminals
No special cable lugs or tools are required for installation.
