PrismStation 5AC is a 5GHz access point for high-quality client connections in noisy outdoor environments. PrismStation features unique airPrism filtering technology, which achieves throughput of up to 500 Mbps. The unit itself, without an antenna!

PrismStation 5AC has a GPS module in the package and supports GPS synchronization .
Horn antennas excel in their radiation characteristics with suppression of back and side lobes, which means that there is no mutual interference between antennas on the mast.
PrismStation 5AC is a 2nd generation airMAX device that has a dedicated radio for wireless access to the unit and the ability to configure it in the UNMS application for mobile devices . UNMS ( Android , iOS ) helps with the alignment of the link and significantly speeds up its installation.
For high transmission speeds, the unit uses the 802.11ac standard and AirMAX (TDMA) technology to achieve low latencies . Web administration is very simple and clear. You can set, for example:
- AP, client or WDS mode
- traffic shaping
- Quality of Service
- between WAN and LAN transparent bridge or routing, without NAT or with NAT
- the signal strength that a specific signaling LED should correspond to
- output power up to 28 dBm
In bridge and WDS mode, the device supports IPv6 transmissions transparently.

The airOS system is constantly being improved, so we recommend always using the latest version, which you can download from the Ubiquiti website in the Downloads section. At the same time, it is necessary to operate the device in accordance with the General Authorization for the 5 GHz band, use the DFS function and avoid using frequencies used by weather radars, i.e. 5630 and 5645 MHz.
