Industrial Ethernet switches are designed for demanding operating conditions with a wide range of operating temperatures, unstable power supply and frequent shocks. Versions of the switches of the series with an extended temperature range and waterproof design with the possibility of application in vehicles according to EN50155.
The IGS series switches are easily installed on a standard DIN rail or directly on the wall, enabling the deployment of well-known Ethernet technology in industrial environments. They are also suitable for installations in outdoor cabinets with large fluctuations in operating temperatures (typically wireless and MAN ISP applications).
As a PoE switch, it allows direct powering of up to 4 end devices according to the IEEE 802.3at standard, making it an ideal element for applications with reduced power options. Its waterproofness and wide thermal operability allow for deployment in extreme conditions.
