MikroTik GESP+POE-IN

Passive PoE IEEE 802af/at injector with surge protection.

Typical example of use:

A mast with several antennas and several switches on the ground. To keep the antennas safe during a storm, connect a GESP surge protector to them. Then, to protect the switches and power the antennas, add a GESP+POE-IN injector under the mast. Don't forget the ground wire! Attach it to a stand, pole, or any other structure that is connected to the ground. For maximum protection, you should use surge protectors at both ends of long cables. GESP units can usually absorb more shocks, but be sure to check their condition after each surge. We recommend using PVC cable ties to secure the GESP units.
