Ubiquiti PowerBeam M5 300
PowerBeam (PBE-M5-300) is a powerful complete outdoor unit including a 22 dBi MIMO 2x2 antenna for the 5 GHz band suitable for PtP connections. The unit allows communication at speeds up to 150 Mbps .
The PowerBeam M5 300 is a direct replacement for the NanoBridge M5 22 dBi units. The PowerBeam uses a new antenna design for greater immunity to interference, has an improved design for easy installation. The unit material uses GEOMET technology for high corrosion resistance.
For high transmission speeds, the unit uses the 802.11a/na standard and AirMAX (TDMA) technology to achieve low latencies .
The antenna system consists of two antennas (MIMO) with horizontal and vertical polarization, which use patented InnerFeed technology to achieve the best performance while maintaining a good price.
A big advantage is the ESD/EMP surge protection on both wireless and Ethernet parts up to 24 kV !
The web administration is very simple and clear. You can set, for example:
- AP, client or WDS mode
- traffic shaping
- Quality of Service
- between WAN and LAN transparent bridge or routing, without NAT or with NAT
- the signal strength that a specific signaling LED should correspond to
- output power up to 26 dBi
In bridge and WDS mode, the device supports IPv6 transmissions transparently.
