Tinycontrol DS18B20U

Digital temperature sensor with 1.05 m cable terminated with RJ-11 connector for connection to a LAN controller or splitter. Each sensor is programmed with a serial identification number, which allows multiple sensors to be read on one bus.




  • Programmable sensor accuracy: 9-12 bits
  • Power supply: 2.5 to 5.5 V DC
  • ESD protection: >8000 V
  • Typical standby current consumption: 1 uA @ 3 V
  • Typical conversion current consumption: 0.6 mA @ 3 V


BASIC SPECIFICATIONS



Measurement range: -55 to +125 °C

Accuracy: +/- 0.4 °C (at a temperature of -10 to +85 °C)

Cable length: 105 cm
