Xtend Solarmi DS50PVS-500/DE

Surge arrester specially developed for the protection of photovoltaic installations against overvoltage. The DS 50PVS surge arresters are two-part arresters of type 2 (with modular structure) and are mounted on a DIN rail . The exchangeable module allows easy replacement of a damaged part without the need to dismantle the connected wires.

These arresters contain a high-performance varistor with a thermal fuse and in the event of a fault, the thermal disconnection device disconnects the arrester's current circuit, which is signaled by an optical indication of the arrester's status.
