- Draw Ozocodes – sections of the route in red, green and blue that tell Ozobot what to do
- Create your own game plan from black lines, or download ready-made mazes and race tracks
- Control the robot via the touchscreen like a toy car in the Ozobot Evo app (for both systems below)
- OzoBlockly's online block programming editor lets you program Ozobot using logical operators and conditions
- To ensure that Ozobot works properly, you need to quickly calibrate the sensors (PDF instructions) whenever it starts behaving strangely.
How do you program Ozobot Evo?
Simply, using Ozocodes. There are no limits when creating them. Come up with crazy choreography for Ozobot Evo or send him on a treasure hunt. Draw a route with markers or upload your own script.
- Ozocodes are static color codes in the form of alternating lines of red, blue, and green.
- Draw your own Ozocodes or print out ready-made tracks
- In the application environment, you will find Ozocodes in the form of flashing interactive colored dots that Ozobot reads when placed on the screen.
- Ozobot's cartoon path is further composed of black lines, intersections, and turns.
- Draw an intersection on the line and if it doesn't have precise directions, Ozobot Evo will decide which direction to go.

Visual programming in OzoBlockly
- You can run the OzoBlockly block editor on any browser and on iOS and Android tablets, except for the iPad Mini. Even younger elementary school students can master programming - you can assemble individual sequences using drag and drop.
- Choose your skill level, movement type, lighting effects and timing
- A correctly placed part of the script will be dragged and dropped into the sequence, similar to a puzzle.
- Start from scratch and work your way up to programming complex logic operations
- You upload the finished program to Ozobot via the interactive area on the screen (at 100% screen brightness)
- You can then start the created sequence by double-pressing the Ozobot power button.
- And that's it, you've just programmed your robot!
