Description

TP-Link MC220L

The media converter, thanks to the SFP slot, can work with both multimode and single mode miniGBIC modules. The converter serves as a transition between a classic metallic network and optics. The converter is suitable wherever the distance between two points is longer than a classic metallic network allows and a galvanic connection cannot be used. Optical fibers also resist electromagnetic or atmospheric interference very well.



Please note : the converter only supports gigabit ethernet, it does not support 10/100 Mbps speeds.
