The universal GPS locator Helmer LK 505, used to control people, vehicles and animals, uses signals from GSM/GPRS networks and GPS satellites. It allows tracking and locating objects with determining the exact GPS position and then sending information and coordinates via SMS to a preset number or using GPRS to a computer. It is therefore necessary to insert a prepaid SIM card into the locator, or a SIM card with an SMS or data tariff. Other functions include eavesdropping and notification when moving, exceeding the set speed and low battery.
