Simply contact an authorized HP service center or technical support and together we will arrange for your device to be serviced within three business days. A service technician will come to you wherever you are, whether you are at work, at home, or visiting grandma.

Instead of the legal two years, you get a total of 3 years of warranty, plus faster service. It is important to us that the repair is done as quickly as possible and that you can use the device again as soon as possible. Exceptionally, the technician has to wait for a spare part, but the vast majority of repairs are completed within 3 days and you don't have to go anywhere.

The HP Care Pack extended warranty can be purchased within 90 days of the product purchase date.

HP Care Pack must be registered within 10 days of purchase or it will be invalid.
