HP Care Pack 1 year

Post-warranty repair with pickup and return. HP will arrange to pick up the defective device directly from the customer's location, repair it, and return it to the customer's address.

HP Care Pack service, designated as Post Warranty, can be purchased:

At least 90 days before the end of the standard warranty or previous HP Care Pack service.

No later than 30 days after the end of the standard warranty period or previous HP Care Pack service.

HP Care Pack must be registered within 10 days of purchase or it will be invalid.
