Teltonika RUT145 - Industrial router with RS485








Compact industrial router designed for automation and control of production processes with native RS485 interface.


The RUT145 router is designed specifically for connecting RS485 devices to IP networks in industrial applications. Its slim design with DIN rail mounting makes it easy to integrate into distribution boards and automation cabinets. The device runs on the RutOS operating system based on OpenWrt and provides advanced network functions including VPN, firewall and remote management.


The router is equipped with a Mediatek 580 MHz MIPS 24KEc processor, 128 MB DDR2 RAM and 16 MB NOR Flash storage. It supports Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n in both Access Point and Station modes and offers two 10/100 Mbps Ethernet ports . The wide operating temperature range of -40 to +75 °C ensures reliable operation even in harsh industrial conditions.

Advanced network features
The router supports a wide range of network protocols including DHCP, DNS over HTTPS, DDNS, QoS/SQM and load balancing. An integrated firewall with advanced intrusion detection protects the network from unauthorized access.


Industrial protocols and integrations
The device natively supports industrial protocols such as BacNET, OPC UA, Modbus, DNP3 and DLMS/COSEM. The Data to Server function enables the collection and conversion of industrial data for cloud applications.


Remote management and monitoring
Compatibility with the RMS platform ensures centralized management, configuration, monitoring and firmware updates. It also supports MQTT, SNMP, TR-069 and JSON-RPC for integration with various management systems.
