Extension of the basic warranty to:
5yr on-site NBD
After reporting a defect, the service will arrive at the customer's location the next business day (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm).
5r KYD = Keep Your Drive
Option to keep the original device disk in case of service intervention. This is an option to preserve sensitive data from a damaged device.
The warranty resulting from this Servie Pack does not apply to:
- external laptop accessories
- any accessories that were not installed in the laptop when it was purchased
- theft or loss of a laptop
- intentional damage to the device
- damage due to force majeure
- ServicePack is a local contract and cannot be exported. The purchase and registration of the SPack must be done in the country where the device is installed.
- Delivery of the email version of the Service Pack takes approximately 7-10 days from ordering due to longer invoicing.
- The Service Pack can be registered at any time during the basic warranty period of the device.
- The warranty guaranteed by SPack replaces the basic warranty.
