Yeastar S300
The Yeastar PBX S300 brings a new level of modularity to Yeastar PBXs. It can support up to 300 users - extensions . The PBX is made of solid metal and is suitable for use in a rack, where it occupies 1 position (1U).
The exchange can use both classic SIP/IAX Trunks for connecting to VoIP operators, as well as individual SIP accounts usually used for connecting VoIP phones.
Yeastar S series PBXs feature a new, very user-friendly web interface. Compared to the myPBX series, the design has been redesigned and a number of new features have been added. These include, for example, the ability to assign detailed permissions to individual users, an event center, or plotting graphs showing the PBX load. The PBXs are based on the popular open-source Asterisk 13, which brings higher stability, security, and a number of new features compared to the myPBX series, such as the ability to register multiple extensions. The PBXs also support the AMI (Asterisk Management Interface) API, so it is possible to integrate the PBX with other systems, such as CRM. New features include automatic call recording, which is now available on all models in the series without the need to purchase a license. Calls can be saved to a USB drive, SD card, network storage (NAS) or internal 2.5" HDD (must be inserted).

The following new expansion cards can be used:
- D30 card: capacity expansion to 400 users and 90 simultaneous calls (it is also possible to use 2x D30 cards and expand capacity to 500 users and 120 simultaneous calls)
- EX30 card (max. 2 for V4 version and max. 3 for V2 version): adds an E1/T1/PRI port to the exchange
- EX08 card (max. 2 for V4 version and max. 3 for V2 version): serves as a slot for modules adding ports (up to 4 modules can be inserted into one EX08 card)
- Supported modules: S2 (2x analog phone), O2 (2x analog line), BRI (2x ISDN2), SO module (1x an. phone, 1x an. line), GSM (1x GSM channel, SIM800 version module) and LTE (1x 3G/4G channel)
The control panel does not contain direct slots for expansion modules, but contains 2 or 3 slots for Yeastar EX08 expansion cards, in which up to 4 expansion modules (S2, O2, BRI, SO, GSM, LTE) can be installed. Therefore, for the required number of modules, it is necessary to purchase the required number of EX08 expansion cards.
In addition to basic call functions (forwarding, switching, etc.), the exchange also provides a number of advanced functions:
- Call center (call queues)
- Multi-level automated attendant (IVR)

- Voicemail including the option to send a message to e-mail

It can also be expanded with the G.729 codec. The G.729A codec license is included in the S series PBXs (no need to purchase it separately).

LDAP Server - Provides centralized phone book management, making phone book management easier. Once the LDAP server is running, you can search the LDAP directory and search for contacts on your IP phone.
Linkus - Linkus is a mobile client that connects your mobile phone to your corporate IP extension, allowing you to connect with colleagues and customers, anywhere, anytime. Make and receive calls through your corporate phone network to reduce call costs and increase efficiency.
Conference Panel - The Conference Panel is a visual control panel for your conference calls. You can invite people using the dial-out feature on the panel or you can use the phone. You can also save all the contact information of the participants in a "Contact Group" for reuse.
VPN Server - The VPN server application provides a way to securely connect a PBX to a remote network. Traffic between the PBX and the remote network is encrypted, which improves the security of the PBX.
