Planet IPX-2200 is a telephone system designed and optimized for use in small and medium-sized businesses . The device supports registration of up to 200 users/devices , is easy to install and manage. The system offers functions such as centralized call management, automatic attendant, voice conferencing, voice access to external PSTN, GSM or VoIP telephone networks, call recording or voice mail. It supports Internet telephone operators, allowing you to completely remove and replace the connection to classic telephone services.

This is a telephone exchange that, using additional modules, allows you to operate up to 8 external circuits to the PSTN or GSM telephone network. This makes it possible to fully integrate it into existing telephone systems. The exchange is suitable for smaller installations with support for all the functions we are used to in classic exchanges. It extends them with integration with email and management via a web browser. The BLF (Busy Lamp Field) function allows you to signal the status of lines on selected end devices.
The exchange is a VPN server or client for a more secure connection between subscribers, and integrates a FAX server for the possible reception and sending of messages exclusively electronically.
Standard SIP VoIP telephones from any manufacturer can be registered to the exchange. To expand the possibilities of integration into the analog telephone network, it can be supplemented with supported voice gateways.
Pay special attention to securing the IPX switchboard against access from the Internet. It is not even necessary and it is advisable not to expose it to a public IP address (preferably behind a firewall and NAT). Then, in the firewall, allow only traffic to the SIP registration server, and prohibit other traffic.
If you do not use international calls, have your VoIP provider disable outgoing calls or limit them to the maximum amount called per day (as protection against call misuse by an attacker).
