The Tapo C420 is a premium home security solution with a completely wireless design that allows for easy installation anywhere indoors or outdoors. With an advanced starlight sensor and built-in reflectors, it provides excellent color night vision for detailed recordings even in the dark.

Intelligent AI detection recognizes people, pets and vehicles and sends targeted alerts directly to the mobile app. Requires Tapo H200 hub (sold separately) for operation, which allows recording to be stored on a microSD card of up to 512 GB or use Tapo Care cloud services.

Advanced detection features
An intelligent motion sensor with a 110° horizontal field of view and an ambient light sensor automatically switch between day and night mode. Active zones allow you to set specific areas for monitoring.

Flexible power supply and installation
The removable battery can be recharged using the included USB adapter or the optional Tapo A200 solar panel. The wireless design allows the camera to be placed virtually anywhere without the need for wiring.

System requirements and connectivity
The camera connects to the H200 hub via Sub-1G frequency of 868MHz or 922MHz with a range of up to 160 meters. Requires Tapo app for iOS 11.0+ or Android 5.0+.
