• High structural strength - RDE has a robust welded structure, which is made entirely of 2 mm thick material. High quality workmanship and the latest technology ensure a great appearance of the cabinet.
  
• Air conditioning units - ETE ceiling air conditioning units can be installed on RDE cabinets for active temperature control inside the cabinet. For their installation, it is necessary to use appropriate reductions depending on the type of unit and the required orientation of the cooling air flow (along the side walls or at the front and rear walls). The appropriate unit must be selected based on information about the thermal output of the installed devices, the ambient temperature and the size of the cabinet. Installing the air conditioning unit reduces the IP protection of the entire assembly to IP20.
  
• Cable entries - The cable entry in the upper and lower parts measuring 300 x 100 mm is sealed with a blanking plug. All cable entries must be properly sealed, especially against the penetration of dust and moisture, which could condense in the air-conditioned space and damage the equipment or freeze inside the air conditioner and thus put it out of operation. Therefore, a special blanking plug with sealed cable passages is included in the package.
  
• Ceiling blanking plate - A large-area ceiling blanking plate allows the installation of an air conditioning unit with the airflow orientation exactly according to the needs of the installed device. By installing an air conditioner, the IP protection of the entire assembly drops to IP20.
  
• IP54 - RDE series cabinets with higher protection are designed to protect equipment, especially against the harmful effects of water and dust. The perforation of the roof is only a design feature and does not reduce the tightness of the cabinet in any way. The side covers are attached to the frame with screws and, like the doors, are equipped with foam seals. The covers have holes that allow the cabinets to be connected into assemblies.
  
• Multi-point locking system - The lock with a sliding locking system guarantees a perfect seal of the door against the cabinet frame. The system is compatible with handles and locks from leading world manufacturers, including electronic and coded ones.
  
• Flexible door opening - The proprietary hinge system allows the door to open at an angle of 165°. The door can be easily dismantled and converted to open on the opposite side.
  
• Glass - Sheet metal doors with glued glass are made of tempered safety glass 4 mm thick, which is resistant to common impacts. When broken, it forms a number of small fragments like car glass. The glass used is tested in a certified testing laboratory and meets the requirements of the ČSN EN 12150-1+A standard.
  
• Adjustable vertical rails - Reinforced 19" vertical rails for higher load capacity can be continuously adjusted at any depth of the rack. This makes it easier to mount equipment and organize connecting cables.
  
• Removable side panels and rear cover - RDE is a welded frame cabinet with removable side panels and rear cover. They are attached to the frame with safety embedded screws.
  
• Wheels, leveling feet, pedestal - the alarm can be placed on leveling feet (included in the package), or using optional equipment for a pedestal, wheels, or
  Heavy-duty wheels with a reinforcing frame.
  
• Wide webs withskeleton - The wide frame posts are designed for additional installation of accessories, such as distribution panels or vertical tie-down panels, which do not take up 19" space in the rack. Thanks to the well-thought-out mounting, distribution panels do not prevent the use of retractable servers even in 600 mm wide racks.
  
• Accessories in the uprights - The uprights are equipped with mounting holes on the inner edges along their entire height. The holes are in the unit spacing of the vertical rails and can be used for mounting some types of accessories.
