Solarix 19" LC-50 42U rack

The LC-50 cabinet is a demountable frame consisting of a bottom, a ceiling and four uprights, to which horizontal bars are attached. Vertical rails are attached to the bars, which allow the installation of equipment in the 19" dimensional standard . The front of the cabinet is fitted with all-glass doors made of clear tempered safety glass (EN 12150-1). The doors have a maximum opening angle of 180° and are fitted with a cylindrical lock with single-point locking. The design of the cabinet allows changing the direction of door opening. The removable rear sheet metal door and side covers are attached using cylindrical locks with the same key as the doors. A cable passage with an installed dust brush is mounted in the rear wall.
There are openings in the ceiling and bottom for cable entry and hot air exhaust, closed with knock-out blanking plugs. The blanking plugs can be removed from the openings by cutting the bridges connecting them to the bottom or ceiling of the cabinet. The openings for hot air exhaust are adapted for the installation of the VJ-R2, 4 or 6 ventilation unit. The openings for cable entry allow the introduction of power cables terminated with a three-phase plug.

Vertical rails with 19" spacing

The rack contains two pairs of 19" vertical rails with printing to identify the height of the mounted devices. The rack design allows you to change the position of the vertical rails in the direction of the rack depth.

Connecting distribution boards into assemblies

There are holes on the sides of the cabinets at the top and bottom to allow the cabinets to be connected into assemblies. Additional connecting material must be used to connect two cabinets together. The cabinets can be assembled into assemblies, rows, without the need to dismantle the side panels.

The maximum permissible total weight of the equipment mounted inside the cabinet must not exceed:

Setting up and leveling

Each cabinet is equipped with four height-adjustable leveling feet. These allow the cabinet to be placed on an uneven floor. If these feet are not used, the cabinet can be placed directly on the floor. The cabinet does not contain any protruding elements on the bottom.

Cabinet grounding

All structural parts of the switchboard are conductively interconnected. The conductive connection of the doors and side covers with the switchboard frame is made using grounding cables with a cross-section of 6 mm ² for a maximum current load of 63 A. For higher current loads of the switchboard, grounding cables with a larger cross-section must be used.

Anti-corrosion protection of the housing

As standard, the cabinets are supplied with a powder-coated finish in light grey RAL 7035.

Internal mounting parts, such as 19" vertical rails and partitions, are plated with Al-Zn alloy.

Accessories

A wide range of standard 19" accessories can be ordered for the cabinet, such as shelves, blanking plates, tie-down panels and many other products, including special accessories at the customer's request.
