Conversion Gigabit miniGBIC module in Small-Form-Pluggable (SFP) format. Standard 1000Base-LX, IEEE82.3z. Simplex SC connector, for single-mode fibers. Can also be used for multimode fibers, but with a range of up to 1km. Allows bidirectional communication over a single optical fiber.
Recommended for HP 5130EI, 3800, 3100EI, 3100-48, 2920, 2620, 2530G, 2530, 1920, 1910, 1820, 1810, 1410 series.
Expands/converts ports of switches and converters with a miniGBIC (SFP) slot.
For connection between WDM modules, it is necessary to combine the TX/RX wavelengths of the counterpart sides, pairs of modules are distinguished by a code representing side A or B.
