MikroTik wAP 60G
wAP 60G is a full duplex unit in the unlicensed 60 GHz band at an unbeatable price. Thanks to the band used, the connection is not affected by ambient interference and thus offers a stable and very fast connection. It is suitable for short distances instead of an optical connection.
MikroTik has introduced a revolutionary unit that will fully replace the gigabit Ethernet connection . Among the biggest advantages is the 60 GHz band used, which guarantees that the unit will not be interfered with by surrounding networks. The unit also offers high security in the form of encryption with the still unbroken AES key.
The unit includes MikroTik RouterOS software with L3 license. This license is fully sufficient for creating a point to point connection. The unit has an integrated PoE splitter , so it can be powered directly via a UTP cable.
It supports the 802.3af/at standard and can be powered via a UTP cable up to 100 m away. In addition to the PoE splitter, power supply and bracket, the package also includes a special screw that prevents unauthorized access to the device.
The package contains one side of the joint.
