PCI-Express karta PCEA-PS umožňuje rozšíření stolního počítače o jeden paralelní port s DB25 konektorem na desce a dva sériové porty standardu RS-232 s DB-9 konektory na druhé záslepce. Čipset vyvinutý renomovanou společností MOSChip přináší kromě tradičně bezproblémové kompatibility také vysokou výkonnost a široké možnosti nastavování portů. Balení obsahuje kromě karty se záslepkami standardního rozměru také low profile záslepky umožňující montáž karty do nízkoprofilových skříní.

Nabízí rychlost přenosu dat až 16Mb/s, až 256 byte FIFO přijímač/vysílač a podporu UART typu 16C450/16C550/Extended 16C550/16C650. Vyhovuje PCI-E specifikaci 1.1, ale je také kompatibilní s verzemi 1.0a a 2.0.
