Exchange Online (Plan 2) includes all the features of Plan 1 plus archive mailbox storage, hosted voicemail, and data loss protection.
What's included:
- Each user gets 100 GB of mailbox storage, 1.5 TB in an archive mailbox, and can send messages up to 150 MB in size.
- Users can connect supported versions of Outlook to Exchange Online and use the rich client application they already know.
- Web client access is provided by Outlook on the web, with an excellent browser interface that closely resembles the full Outlook client application (desktop version of Outlook not included).
- Focused Inbox is an easy way to stay on top of your most important emails. Your inbox has two tabs: Focused, with emails that need your immediate attention, and Other, with all other messages. You can switch tabs at any time to see emails in the Other folder.
- When scheduling meetings, you can compare calendars and use collaboration features such as shared calendars, groups, a global address book, external contacts, tasks, conference rooms, and delegation capabilities.
- Hosted Unified Messaging offers call answering, a dial-in user interface, and automated company phone system functionality.
- Control over sensitive business data is ensured by integrated data loss prevention policies based on standard regulatory requirements, such as Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards.
- Every mailbox is protected against malware and spam with Exchange Online Protection.
- Keep your inbox organized by automatically moving old messages to a local archive.

Cloud Solution Provider is a comprehensive Microsoft licensing program that allows you to sell to end customers*:

- permanent licenses - Office, Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Exchange Server, SQL Server

3 steps to become a CSP license reseller:
After connecting, contact csp@100mega.cz to complete your account setup - we have to set it up manually.
2/ Let your partner do the work - 100Mega will order licenses for your customer for you - we act as a reseller, we order licenses, we handle everything for the partner, but invoicing takes place 100Mega -> partner -> end customer*
The customer needs an account for cloud services, called a tenant. If the end customer has a tenant, send it to us at csp@100mega.cz , you will ask the end customer with the tenant to grant delegated administration, we will send you a sample request with a link.
If the tenant does not have one, please send information about the end customer to csp@100mega.cz (name, ID number, address, contact person including phone and email). We will create the tenant and send the end customer the data for its administration.
* The end customer needs a tenant - an account for managing Microsoft cloud services - to order CSP licenses.
If the customer does not have a tenant, the reseller (100Mega) must create a customer in the Partner Center (ALEF platform).
The reseller then connects the school tenant - the link can be found in their Partner Center .
In the case of establishing an end customer tenant of 100Mega or more, the connection occurs automatically.
An academic customer must have a tenant verified by Microsoft (MS verifies that it is indeed an EDU customer. Detailed instructions for setting up an academic customer can be found HERE .
Tip: Validation is faster if the end user provides an email with a domain owned by the school.
CSP subscriptions can be modified (reduced, canceled) up to 7 days after the expiration date. CSP subscriptions are automatically renewed unless the partner says otherwise and are renewed at the current price conditions set by Microsoft and due to exchange rates. The provider is not obliged to inform the partner about these facts in advance; it should be the partner's job to monitor the expiration dates of its customers, determine their needs, and inform the provider about the necessary changes.
