The IFGS series switches are easily installed on a standard DIN rail or directly on a wall , enabling the deployment of well-known Ethernet technology in industrial environments. They are also suitable for installations in outdoor cabinets with large fluctuations in operating temperatures (typically wireless and MAN ISP applications).
The IFGS-1222TF supports super-fast ring redundancy technology and is equipped with a fast self-healing function to prevent interruptions and external interference. The dual SFP ports include advanced ring data recovery via DIP switch. In a simple ring network with 8 units , the data link recovery time can be up to 1ms .
Due to the differences between the One Key Ring and ERPS Ring functions available in PLANET industrial devices, the two functions are not compatible with each other. The IFGS-620TF One Key Ring function offers easier and faster deployment via DIP switch settings .
