The IPS technology used offers 178° viewing angles horizontally and vertically, and thanks to support for HDR10 and VESA DisplayHDR 400, the monitor can create a realistic and visually impressive image. Three USB 3.0 ports are available for connecting peripherals. The universal Thunderbolt 3 port allows data, image, sound and even charging your laptop or other devices, if they support this function, up to 85 W with a single cable. The monitor has a VESA mount and integrated stereo speakers with a total output of 5 W. The monitor also offers Color Match for Mac devices with M-book mode, 98% Display P3 color space, Calman Verified, Pantone Validation, and Pantone SkinTone Validation. For authentic colors and consistent brightness across the entire screen, the monitor uses BenQ Uniformity Technology. BenQ Display ColorTalk software then matches the monitor's colors with the MacBook Pro without the need for calibration with an external calibration probe.
Creators who need a larger workspace can expand their workspace to two 4K displays by daisy-chaining them together over Thunderbolt at high speed. Display Pilot 2 software provides users with a new customizable and intuitive interface for managing display features such as Print Assist, Auto Pivot, PIP/PBD, ICCSync, brightness and more. There’s also iKeyboard Control for easily adjusting brightness and speaker volume from your MacBook keyboard, or a built-in KVM Switch for controlling two systems at once.a keyboard and mouse or an external Hotkey Puck G2 controller with the ability to map the most used functions.
