Zyxel XMG1915 Series - 2.5G Multi-Gig Smart Managed Switch








Professional series of 2.5G Multi-Gig smart managed switches with advanced PoE++ and cloud management for small and medium businesses.


The XMG1915 series is an affordable solution for upgrading networks to Multi-Gigabit speeds. Each Ethernet port supports 100M/1G/2.5G auto-sensing speeds, while two 10G SFP+ ports provide high-speed uplink connectivity. The switches are available in three variants – a basic model without PoE and two PoE models with 8 or 16 ports .


A key advantage is the support of NebulaFlex technology , which allows flexible switching between standalone management via a web interface and cloud management via Nebula Control Center . PoE++ models provide up to 60W per port according to the IEEE 802.3bt standard, which is ideal for powering WiFi 6/6E access points and IoT devices.

Models and configurations
The series includes three models: XMG1915-10E (8 ports without PoE), XMG1915-10EP (8 ports with PoE, 130W budget) and XMG1915-18EP (16 ports with PoE, 180W budget). All models have 2x combo SFP/SFP+ slots.


Advanced network features
The switches support a full set of L2+ features including 802.1Q VLAN, STP/RSTP/MSTP, LACP, QoS with 8 queues per port, IGMP snooping, port security and DHCP snooping. IPv6 management is fully supported.


Management and monitoring
The Nebula cloud platform provides centralized management of all network components including switches, access points and security gateways. Local management via a web GUI offers full access to all features.
