ADATA SSD is based on 3D NAND Flash technology, which provides higher density, efficiency and reliability than traditional 2D NAND. It includes intelligent SLC caching and DRAM buffer memory, which further increases the read and write speed. It is 560 MB/s for reading and 520 MB/s for writing to the disk. The SSD capacity is 1 TB .

This drive is only 7 mm high, making it suitable for installation in laptops.
