High-performance access point operating in the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands with support for Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) . It achieves transfer speeds of up to 1147 Mbit/s in the 2.4 GHz band and up to 4800 Mbit/s in the 5 GHz band, ensuring top performance even in demanding environments with very high client density - such as universities, conference centers or large offices. Integrated antennas with MU-MIMO function, OFDMA support and a gain of 5.8 dBi (5 GHz) / 4.3 dBi (2.4 GHz) guarantee reliable coverage and stability. The access point is equipped with two Ethernet RJ-45 ports , one of which supports PoE power supply and data transfer at speeds of up to 5 Gbps . There is also Bluetooth 5.0 and 802.15.4 (for Zigbee), which allow direct connection of IoT devices and location services without the need for additional infrastructure. For easy deployment and management, both the local interface and the HPE Aruba Networking Central cloud platform can be used.

The 550 Series (model JZ356A) also features integrated dual 5GHz mode, which allows one 5GHz radio to switch to dual-band operation for even higher throughput in high-traffic networks. With support for Target Wake Time (TWT) and advanced security features such as WPA3, Enhanced Open, and Aruba ClientMatch, it is a future-proof solution for Wi-Fi networks.
