Backup 12 V, 12 Ah lead-acid battery in VRLA (AGM) design suitable for applications without frequent cycling with a reliable backup source.
This is a design in which the internal pressure is regulated by valves (VRLA - valve regulated lead acid = valve-controlled lead-acid batteries ). The advantages of this design, together with AGM technology (Absorbed Glass Mat - the battery contains electrolyte in a liquid state, but it is absorbed into fiberglass microfibers , or so-called glass wool, which means it is firmly bound in the interior of the battery cells, and its leakage is practically excluded ) are mainly the following:

Battery maintenance
To achieve optimal battery life with frequent cyclic operation, it is necessary to respect the maximum permitted depth of discharge of 80% specified by the ČSN EN 61044 standard.
When storing batteries for a longer period of time, it is necessary to ensure their continuous charging. At a storage temperature of 25 °C, charge every 6 months, if the temperature is higher, charge more often.
Operating temperature range: charging -15 to 40 °C, discharging -15 to 50 °C, storage -10 to 40 °C. Prolonged exposure of batteries to temperature extremes shortens their lifespan.
