Industrial MODBUS gateway with conversion of 1x RS-232 (DB9) + 1x 4pin terminal block RS-485/422 to TCP/IP protocol ( SFP slot 100Base-FX). Serial communication type is selectable RTU/ASCII, master/slave.
Redundant power supply in the range of DC 9-48 V / AC 24 V , IP30 protection, DIN rail or wall mounting, metal housing, operating temperature -40 to +75 °C .
Serial communication transmission over IP protocol is particularly used for data acquisition, control machines, SCADA/HMI systems and camera control systems . It also replaces the physical conversion of the serial protocol to another transmission medium. It practically extends the range of serial communication indefinitely.
Industrial Ethernet devices are designed for demanding operating conditions with a wide range of operating temperatures, uncertain power supply and frequent shocks, enabling the deployment of well-known Ethernet technology in industrial environments.
