Original passive DAC patch cable, 2 m long. Used to connect two QSFP28 devices with a maximum throughput of 100 Gbps .
DAC (direct attach cable) cables are used to directly connect active components. The cable is fitted with the same socket as the transceiver, allowing for short-distance connections without the use of transceivers.
