Lenovo extends ThinkPad warranty from 3 to 5 years

2-year warranty extension for selected Lenovo Thinkpad models.

Warranty extension to:

5y Lenovo Premier Support (Premier on-site NBD) - Extended Service Agreement

After reporting a defect, the service will arrive at the customer's location the next business day (Mon–Fri, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.)

- ServicePack is a local contract and cannot be exported. The purchase and registration of the SPack must be done in the country where the device is installed.

- Delivery of the email version of the Service Pack takes approximately 7-10 days from ordering due to longer invoicing.

- The Service Pack can be registered at any time during the basic warranty period of the device.

- The warranty guaranteed by SPack replaces the basic warranty.
