Lenovo extends warranty for ThinkPad/ThinkBook from 3 to 5 years
2-year warranty extension for selected Lenovo Thinkpad and ThinkBook models.
Warranty extension to:
5y Lenovo Depot/CCI upgrade - Extended Service Agreement (Parts & Labor + Pickup & Return)
After reporting a defect, the service will arrive at the customer's location the next business day (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm).
- ServicePack is a local contract and cannot be exported. The purchase and registration of the SPack must be done in the country where the device is installed.
- Delivery of the email version of the Service Pack takes approximately 7-10 days from ordering due to longer invoicing.
- The Service Pack can be registered at any time during the basic warranty period of the device.
- The warranty guaranteed by SPack replaces the basic warranty.
