HP CarePack Pick-Up & Return 2 years

HP CarePack Pick-Up & Return Service: This service provides for the collection of the defective unit from your address by an HP authorized courier and subsequent delivery to the service center.

HP will return the repaired or exchanged product to your address via courier. The repair turnaround time for this service is 2, 5, or 7 business days depending on the type of product purchased.

Service is available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Requests must be received before 3:00 PM during the contracted coverage window to activate next business day pickup service.

Attention in Slovakia, the customer must call Swiss (http://www.swissservice.sk/produkty-hp/) for Pick-up & Return guarantees.

HP Care Pack Pick-Up & Return (PUR) - Repair with pickup and return. HP will arrange to pick up the defective device directly from the customer's location, repair it, and return it to the customer's address.

You can purchase HP Care Pack service for your new device within 90 days of the product purchase date.

HP Care Pack must be registered within 10 days of purchase or it will be invalid.
