ASUS Premium Care PickUp and Return + LADP 2 years

Extended warranty for 2 years PickUp and Return + Local Accidental Damage Protection for ASUS notebooks (Consumer notebook). Warranty must be purchased and activated within 6 months of device purchase .



PickUp and Return (repair in the service with collection and return)



  • You can do everything from the comfort of your home. You can order the service with a few clicks on your PC or phone. You don't have to go anywhere or make a phone call.
  • Save time and money. With PickUp and Return, a courier is sent to your door, collects your device, and returns it to you after repair. You don't pay a penny, ASUS covers all shipping costs.
  • It's easy and fast. According to statistics, up to 90% of warranty repairs are completed within 5 working days if the service has the necessary parts in stock.
  • You can check the service status online by clicking "Check Repair Status" at the bottom of the ASUS page , or by scanning the QR code.
  • ASUS offers PickUp and Return as a service beyond the normal repair ordering from the retailer where the product was purchased. This involves a courier company picking up the product from the customer's location and returning the product to the customer via the same route after repair. In this case, the customer does not need to contact the retailer.
  • This service applies to notebooks, mobile phones, tablets, LCD monitors, All-in-One computers and desktops from ASUS purchased in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The serial number entered in the form is immediately verified for the possibility of arranging a repair via PickUp and Return. If the product does not fall under those for which it is possible to arrange a repair in this way, then the ordering party is notified that it is necessary to contact the seller to arrange a repair.
  • A complaint can be made using the form on the ASUS website under the "Complaints and repairs" item, via the direct link HERE or by scanning the QR code.
  • As part of the warranty repair, this service is paid for by ASUS and the customer therefore pays nothing.
  • This service package does not extend the battery warranty.


Accidental damage - Local Accidental Damage Protection (LADP)



A. This service package covers the following types of accidental damage caused by normal use:


  • Dropping, falling, or other impacts
  • Liquid damage
  • Damage from electrical surges
  • Accidental breakage

B. Only one (1) Key Part may be claimed under this Service Package per year from the date of activation. In the event of any additional claims for repair of Key Part(s), the Customer shall bear the cost of labor, transportation and replacement parts.

C. The key parts listed above include the screen (LCD), DVD/CD drive, motherboard, processor, hard disk drive, and memory.

D. The total cumulative cost of repairs provided under this service package will not exceed the customer's purchase price of the product.

E. All components repaired or replaced by an ASUS service center are covered by the warranty for the remainder of the warranty period, for the entire product.

To make a claim under this service pack, you must provide an explanation of where and when the incident occurred, as well as a detailed description of the incident. Failure to provide this information or the required documentation will result in the request being rejected.
