Dell Keep your HDD 3 years for Precision

Keep Your Hard Drive service allows you to keep your defective hard drive (standard, SATA HDD, SSDs including PCIe and NVMe) when replacing the hard drive as part of an eligible repair.

“Qualified Repair” includes repair and/or replacement for manufacturing defects that occur during the warranty period applicable to Customer’s Supported Products.

The warranty must be claimed within 1 month of purchase .

When ordering, please include the Service Tag (serial number) of the computer for which you want to extend the warranty in the notes.
