Keep Your Hard Drive service allows you to keep your defective hard drive (standard and SATA HDD) when you replace your hard drive as part of an eligible repair.

“Qualified Repair” includes repair and/or replacement for manufacturing defects that occur during the warranty period applicable to Customer’s Supported Products.

The warranty must be claimed within 1 month of purchase .
