2r ADP = Accidental Damage Protection
Accidental and unintentional damage protection covers the following situations:
- damage due to an accident
- electric shock damage
- damage due to falling or accidentally dropping the device
- damage due to liquid seeping into the device
- mechanical damage to the display
The warranty resulting from this Servie Pack does not apply to:
- external laptop accessories
- any accessories that were not installed in the laptop when it was purchased
- theft or loss of a laptop
- intentional damage to the device
- damage due to force majeure
- ServicePack is a local contract and cannot be exported. The purchase and registration of the SPack must be done in the country where the device is installed.
- Delivery of the email version of the Service Pack takes approximately 7-10 days from ordering due to longer invoicing.
- The Service Pack can be registered at any time during the basic warranty period of the device.
- The warranty guaranteed by SPack replaces the basic warranty.
