Extended warranty on select HP LaserJet printers
The extended warranty provides you with convenient service when servicing your multifunction printer. You can choose from two options, an HP technician will guide you over the phone to resolve the problem, or if that is not possible, you will receive next-day on-site service. By purchasing an HP Care Pack with your HP product, you will reduce your overall costs. HP Care Pack support is provided by a network of service partners or directly by HP technicians who provide expert service.

Instructions for the customer when ordering CP:
When ordering CP, always provide your ID, if you have one and want to register the CP yourself (HP identification number for ordering CP - each HP partner has a different one), either to your dealer or in an email.

If you do not have an HP ID, you can also order the CP using the 100Mega company ID, in which case a registration link will be sent to your email. The warranty must be registered within 180 days of purchasing the device.
Prepare for registration:
- end customer contacts (name, contact person, address including zip code)
- PN and SN devices covered by the warranty
- date of sale to the end customer
